This new abbreviation is trending online, especially in the wake of the World Cup scandal which added to FIFA’s less than stellar reputation.

Indeed, the Belgium-USA match was overshadowed by FIFA’s decision to overturn a red card received by American striker Folarin Balogun – a decision to which Donald Trump had a hand, as he admitted to speaking with FIFA President Gianni Infantino about reviewing the red card.

There have been widespread calls for Infantino’s resignation, and football fans around the world have denounced that Infantino’s FIFA is a corrupt organization that bends to the will of politicians.

Yet, according to fans and social media users, justice prevailed, as Belgium secured their place in the quarterfinals after beating the United States 4-1.

Belgian player Nicolas Raskin claimed “justice” had been served after the victory, which marks the end of America’s World Cup campaign, making them the latest host nation to be eliminated.

Unlike Trump and the supposedly politically neutral FIFA, Belgium has demonstrated a love of the game and high integrity.

Belgian coach Rudi Garcia played down the scandal in his post-match press conference and said he had spoken to American player Balogun after the final whistle.

“He came and talked to me, I really like it,” Garcia said. “It’s ‌not his fault‌ it’s not him who is to blame and that’s what I told him.”

However, the Belgian players made a cheeky statement after their victory, appearing to troll Trump as they celebrated their final goal.

Players gathered around the corner flag and began imitating Trump’s viral “dance” – a clear attempt to denounce Trump and his interference in the game.

Immediately after the match, the official X account of the Belgian Red Devils also posted a dig at Trump and FIFA with the caption: “Spend this.”
