Womens Tennis welcomes No. 69 Liberty on Friday, UT Southern on Sunday
MURFREESBORO, Tenn. Middle Tennessee women's tennis will host No. 69 Liberty at the Outdoor Tennis Complex on Friday, April 5 at 4:00 PM CT. Two days later, the Blue Raiders welcome UT Southern to the OTC on Sunday, April 7 at 1:00 PM CT.
Admission to the matches is free and parking is available in Greenland Lot A.
MTSU earned their second Conference USA win of the season by defeating UTEP 4-1 in their final match.
As a team, MTSU has 46 singles wins so far this season. Freshman Lena Peyerleads the team in singles wins with 10. Sana Garakani And Eloise Swarbrick are not far behind with nine each.
In doubles, the Blue Raiders have 20 doubles victories this season. Garakani and Lilly-Sophie Schmidt leads the teams with seven doubles wins so far this season.

– Friday's matchup will be just the third meeting between MTSU and LU. The series is tied at 1-1. The Flames won the game 4-3 last season.
