The appellate court has ordered the judge to dismiss Michael Flynn’s case

On Wednesday, a federal appeals court ordered Judge Emmet Sullivan to dismiss the case against former national security adviser Michael Flynn Trump as a result of a long-term political struggle. Although Flynn was twice convicted of lying about the FBI, Sergey Kislya said in talks with the Russian ambassador during the presidential transition that the Justice Department went to last month to dismiss the case against him. Sullivan did not act immediately, asking for a review of the decision. With further appeals, the verdict makes Flynn an exception, after changing the allegation and claiming innocence. #CNN #Notes
