New Delhi: Delhi police on Monday released 16 hotlines for residents of different parts of the nation's capital to verify any reports or rumors of violence in the city.
Delhi police said in a statement: "Unsubstantiated information about a tense situation in Delhi is maliciously disseminated on social networks and messaging applications.
