Coronavirus: Lancashire Ready to Resume Waste Recycling Site

There will be “significant changes” in how recycling centers operate, according to County Council’s Albert Atkinson.
Most of Lancashire’s recycling centers will reopen next week, but anyone who wants to use them will need to book a time.
The Lancashire County Council’s 16 recycling centers have been closed due to the coronavirus blockade.

Blackburn and the Derwen Council said residents would also need to book if they reopened the two centers on May 18.
