Santa Clara County reports first case of COVID-19 Omicron variant – NBC Bay Area
Santa Clara County reported the first case of the COVID-19 Omicron variant, health officials confirmed on Friday.
The individual was completely vaccinated but had not received a booster shot, county officials said. The patient has recently returned from a domestic trip outside the state and is currently in quarantine.
