Atheists tend to sleep better than Catholics and Baptists: a study

A new study of sleep, religious affiliation, and heaven awareness found that atheists and agnostics were far more likely to be better sleepers than Catholics and Baptists.

The study included 1,501 population-based participants in the Baylor Religious Survey, religion, Behavior, and recognition. Participants also assessed difficulty falling asleep and average total sleep time.
The results also show that participants who reported sleeping more than 7 hours per night were much more likely to believe in heaven. However, awareness of these heavens was unrelated to the difficulty of falling asleep at night.
