Cherry Hill Library Closes in Coronavirus Positive Cases
Cherry Hill, NJ — The library announced this week that the Cherry Hill Public Library will be closed for the next two weeks after employees test positive for the coronavirus. It will resume on November 18th.
“Our idea is that employees and their families continue to be healthy,” the library said in a social media post. “With the consent of the Board, the library will be closed for two weeks for cleaning. We are working with the Department of Health to complete the necessary cleaning and disinfection according to the CDC guidelines.”
While the library is closed, book drops will also be closed and residents will be asked not to return items. According to the library, all items will be updated automatically until November 30th. No fines will be incurred during this period.

The Camden County Health Department also published 1,572 confirmed resident cases and 673 staff cases at 56 county care facilities. At this time, 343 resident deaths and 3 staff deaths have been reported from these facilities.
