El Paso, Texas-Health authorities in El Paso reported eight new coronavirus deaths and 493 additional cases on Saturday morning.
The latest victims of the dead are:

The number of active infections in El Paso on Saturday was 35,473. The total number of cases reported since the start of the pandemic is 113,145.
As of Saturday morning, El Paso’s hospital had 427 patients being treated for Covid-related illnesses, including 166 in the intensive care unit and 97 on mechanical ventilation.
