attachments
Highlights
About 2.4 million people live in formal sites and informal settlements (1.6 million people in informal settlements and about 800,000 in formal sites). The basic needs in informal settings continue to be access to adequate water and sanitation, and information on available services and social protection schemes. Limited support for people with disabilities, such as accessible facilities, is a major concern.
Cumulatively, UNICEF has reached 250,600 children and caregivers with Mental Health and Psychosocial Support Services (MHPSS); This includes 244,520 children and caregivers reached through social workers trained in the Ministry of Social Affairs and Social Security and through NGO partners in addition to 6,080 children/adolescents reached through teachers trained in mental health and psychosocial support. And guidance counselors from the Ministry of National Education.
So far, through UNICEF support, 303,146 people have gained access to safe water (through water trucking, provision of chlorine/chemicals, water storage, water quality testing and repair of the water supply system); and a total of 5,055 people have access to improved sanitation facilities and services (provision of latrines, showers, and solid waste management).
Cumulatively, 332,587 children are accessing formal or non-formal education, including early learning, through strengthening UNICEF-supported systems and programmes.
During the reporting period, UNICEF reached 14.5 million people using social media messages on water, sanitation, social behavior change, nutrition and child protection.
UNICEF has a funding gap of over US$85 million (44%) against a funding requirement of US$196 million. While there are needs across all sectors, the humanitarian cash transfer intervention is the most underfunded.

One important advantage is the speed at which information is sent and received. With the help of the internet, the shopping habits of many persons have drastically changed. The car insurance industry hasn't remained untouched by these changes. On the internet, drivers can compare insurance prices and find out which sellers have the best offers. View photos The advantages of comparing online car insurance quotes are the following: Online quotes can be obtained from anywhere and at any time. Unlike physical insurance agencies, websites don't have a specific schedule and they are available at any time. Drivers that have busy working schedules, can compare quotes from anywhere and at any time, even at midnight. Multiple choices. Almost all insurance providers, no matter if they are well-known brands or just local insurers, have an online presence. Online quotes will allow policyholders the chance to discover multiple insurance companies and check their prices. Drivers are no longer required to get quotes from just a few known insurance companies. Also, local and regional insurers can provide lower insurance rates for the same services. Accurate insurance estimates. Online quotes can only be accurate if the customers provide accurate and real info about their car models and driving history. Lying about past driving incidents can make the price estimates to be lower, but when dealing with an insurance company lying to them is useless. Usually, insurance companies will do research about a potential customer before granting him coverage. Online quotes can be sorted easily. Although drivers are recommended to not choose a policy just based on its price, drivers can easily sort quotes by insurance price. Using brokerage websites will allow drivers to get quotes from multiple insurers, thus making the comparison faster and easier.
