TikTok is threatening legal action against the US after Donald Trump ordered the company to stop doing business with the China app within 45 days. The company said it was “surprised” by the U.S. president’s enforcement of an order outlining the ban. TikTok said it would follow “all available remedies” to “not exclude the rule of law.” Trump issued a similar order against China’s WeChat during Washington’s grand stoppage with Beijing.
