NEW DELHI: Yashasvi Jaiswal is unstoppable. The young Indian batting sensation continues to make waves in Test cricket, becoming the batsman with the most sixes in a calendar year in the longest format of the game.
The 22-year-old batsman achieved the milestone on Saturday during the second day of the first Test against Australia in Perth.
Jaiswal redeemed himself after being dismissed for a duck in the first innings and scored an unbeaten 90, studded with seven fours and two sixes.

With his two second-innings maximums, Jaiswal has taken his tally of sixes to 34 in 12 Tests in 2024.
