Earthquakes are knocking in Alaska and northern British Columbia in the Northwest Territories

While several earthquakes of magnitude 4.0 occurred in Alaska, an earthquake also struck near the Yukon border in the Northwest Territories.

Earlier this week, the US Geological Survey reported in a forecast report that a swarm of seismic activity near the San Andreas Fault in California could trigger an earthquake of magnitude 5.5 or greater in the region this week.
