This procedure helps reduce scars and improve the general health of the skin. It can be combined with the various growth factors or radiofrequency treatments available.

3.3. peeling: It has been used for a long time to improve acne scars. These are chemicals that are applied to the face or other body parts as needed to cause exfoliation of the skin and thereby reduce the appearance of these scars. However, superficial skin has little effect on wounds that require deeper skin to have a positive effect.

4.4. Excision: It’s a process that literally works by lifting scars from below. The scars on the acne “stick” to the underlying tissue, resulting in a shallower scar. This can be combined with a filler or fat transplant performed under the scar to keep the scar lifted and not stick again.

5.5. Dermabrasion: This is a procedure to reduce scratches to a reasonable degree in one session. However, this is a procedure for which patient selection must be appropriate. It is not a cure offered to everyone who suffers from acne scars. Hyperpigmentation can be severe and should be kept out of the sun for at least a few weeks. In this procedure, the outer skin layer is scraped off so that new skin can be regenerated. With experienced hands, this provides very good results in a single session.

Surgical removal of acne scars: For very deep scars, none of the above treatments may be effective in achieving patient satisfaction, some scars need to be surgically removed and then several laser sessions.
