A Turkish government official said, Friday, that Japan’s support for Turkey in difficult times is a talk in the minds of Turks.

As part of the Goodwill Declaration signed in 2014 to strengthen disaster management capabilities in both countries and find solutions to difficulties in disaster management, Katakli said that workshops and exhibitions are held to share experiences and knowledge about disasters.

He added that Turkey also signed a cooperation agreement on December 27, 2018 on disaster risk reduction with Japan.
