Santa Clara County surpassed 100,000 COVIDs-19 as it approached its first anniversary
(BCN) – Almost a year after the first COVID-19 cases were identified in Santa Clara County, the county has now reached an unfortunate milestone of over 100,000 cases.

To date, the county has received 185,535 vaccines, of which 147,838 are the first and 37,697 are the second, accounting for 8% of all county residents aged 16 and over, according to Fenstershake. I am.

To meet that threshold, the county needs to administer approximately 13,000 to 15,000 vaccines per day, seven days a week.
This means the county will need about twice as much money as it does now, Fenstershake said.
