Ever since Amitabh Bachchan's first look from the most awaited sci-fi epic 'Kalki 2898 AD', was released on his birthday last year, fans have been eagerly waiting for more details about the look and the actor's character in the film. To add to the excitement, the makers unveiled a new poster of the megastar on X, formerly known as Twitter.
Dressed in an all-white outfit, Amitabh Bachchan can be seen sitting inside a temple, looking mysteriously towards a bright ray of light. Anticipating a big announcement soon, the poster reads 'Samay Aa Gaya Hai'.
In the poster, his face and forehead are covered with some sort of bandage.
The sci-fi film is directed by Nag Ashwin, known for his directorial films such as 'Yevade Subramanyam' and 'Mahanati'.
The film is billed as a sci-fi extravaganza inspired by mythology and set in the future. Amidst all the excitement surrounding the film, a new update reveals that the makers are planning a big announcement this Sunday, April 21.
Confirming the same, a source close to the film revealed, “The team of 'Kalki 2898 AD' is planning something big this Sunday.
