JetBlue's in-flight entertainment system just got a monitoring feature
JetBlue is , with a new brand image. It's now called Blueprint and brings several features that should make your next flight a little less exhausting. The biggest new thing here is a viewing feature that lets customers watch the same TV show or movie with up to five other people.
This is actually pretty cool, because watching stuff with friends and family during a long flight usually requires playing along and hoping no one has to go to the bathroom. The Watch Party feature includes a feature that pauses content for all viewers, if one of them needs to take a break to deal with the existential panic of being six miles above the ground. This also works regardless of where the seats are.

The Watch Party tool is just one aspect of the redesigned in-flight entertainment experience. The system will now provide content recommendations based on previous viewing history, as they will be linked to individual accounts. This means customers can save their favorite movies and shows to watch multiple times. It also means people can pick up where they left off from one flight to the next. JetBlue says this can be useful for a connecting flight or even a trip several months away.
JetBlue has a content partnership with Peacock, so customers have access to the streamers' catalog during flights. Both And are solid in-flight binges. The company also announced more exclusive entertainment and deals coming to Blueprint in the future.
As for availability, Blueprint is ready to board JetBlue planes with FRONT seatback touchscreens. This includes the Airbus A321neo, the Airbus A321LR (Long Range) and the Airbus A220.
