He explained that the amicus curiae phenomenon is a form of public awareness of the law and its relationship with the implementation of democratic parties or general elections (Pemilu).
“Indeed, on the one hand, the existence of this amicus curiae is a form of concern and strong political awareness on the part of many groups and national figures,” he said.
This is why Efriza considers the massive phenomenon of amicus curiae carried out by national figures as a form of criticism of the implementation of elections by state government institutions.
