Sri Lanka deployed on Saturday the red carpet of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, with President Anura Kumara Dissanayake, according to him, a ceremonial reception in the place of historical independence in the heart of the capital before talks aimed at strengthening cooperation in areas from defense.
