Salviac. A positive season for table tennis
The annual general meeting of the PSTT (table tennis table Ping salviacois) took place on Saturday 29 June in the sports hall of Salviac, in the presence of François Dols, mayor, and Frédric Gineste, vice-president of the section. The president, Antonin Jouhanneau, highlighted the slight decrease in the number of leisure licenses, which had no impact on the teams' commitments in the competition.
4 teams took part in the championship and a young team took part in the youth championship, set up by the departmental committee. The results are ultimately positive. Team 1 moved up to D1, team 2 to D2, team 3 narrowly misses the move and, like team 4, goes to D4. The young team is champion of the Lot. These 5 teams will be renewed next season with a bonus: an agreement with the club TT Reignac to put together a team that will play in Regional Division 3. As for the individual results, we note the title of champion of the senior Lot for Julien Hamonet. At the minimum, Omael Lesieur is vice-champion of the Lot.
The club organises the first round of the Critrium fdral individual Lotois, as well as the final of the youth championship. It organised its annual tournament during the votive festival, a competition open to all. The 2nd edition of the Challenge des zinzins was a success. Other internal events take place throughout the season, such as participation in the Association Forum.
The club will remain open during the 2 months of DT, Tuesdays from 10am.
