The Future of MuchBetter with Israel Rosenthal – CEO
MuchBetter is a global payment application with over 1.1 million accounts in over 100 countries and supports 16 languages for key customer markets.
This app is buzzing and nearly everyone has heard and knows about it and even has it on the smartphone. We spoke to the CEO of the company and asked him a few questions about where the company is going to be and how it will develop over the years.
What do you think are the biggest challenges your industry will face in the next 5 years?
“As financial services continue to evolve, regulation will need to keep pace to ensure that there are established codes of conduct, practices, and consumer protection against fraud and money laundering. A significant challenge will be how financial services providers enable financial inclusion across society, so that everyone can benefit from innovation.” Told us Israel.
Where do you see the company and yourself in the next few years?
“The first few years have been exciting as we developed the e-wallet, and built our customer base, and now as we look to the future we will continue to grow and delight our business clients and consumers with better digital payments services and experiences.” Said Israel Rosenthal.
Are you active on social media? If yes, which platforms?
“MuchBetter enjoys being part of the social media narrative on B2B (LinkedIn) and B2C (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok) platforms, and the team thrive producing our content and diverse stories that represent the needs of our followers on social media. Social media provides a valued channel for keeping our customers and business partners up to date with all that we’re doing at MuchBetter.”
Are you interested in providing any other services in the future? If you are, what type of services and how?
“We are a customer-centric organisation, guided by market and customer demand for new products and services. Our team of passionate and tenacious innovators design customer scenarios and have a strategic roadmap to build for today and for what customers want next.”
What’s more important – using the company technology to make money or using the company technology to help people with online digital payments?
“Simply, to be a success you must follow the right goal. Focusing on our customers brings them satisfaction and success. If our customers succeed, then so do we. So, in short, we are using our technology and talent to customers to have better digital payment experiences.”
