Engineers said in 2011 that the ministry should receive a detailed evaluation of the tire. This did not start until August 2019.

The ministry said today that there is nothing to say that there is any danger to anyone outside the tower, which is 50 meters high.

However, the seismic assessment, which was completed in April, also shows that the bottom of the bell tower is prone to earthquakes with 25-30 percent of the new construction standard.
