A 3.8 -magnitude earthquake occurred at 10:22 am, and its center was 6.2 miles southeast of York. Harbor, Mine, at a depth of 8.2 miles. A 3.8 -magnitude earthquake took place at 10:22 am, and its center was 6.2 miles southeast of York Harbor, Maine, at a depth of 8.2 miles.

There were numerous reports on the feeling of vibration in the states of Main, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Rod Island and Concitect.
