A 4.5 earthquake shook the San Juan Islands this morning, just days after the 3.2 earthquake in the eastern King province. AJ JANAVEL from Fox 13 with experts talks about the region's readiness for future seismic events.

Seattle – The PUGET SOUND area witnessed multiple modern earthquakes, including an earthquake 4.5, shook San Juanus on Monday morning.

A few days ago, an earthquake of 3.2 shook the size of the East King County, and an earthquake worth 2.9 size near Bremerton.

The last activity comes 24 years after the NISQULY earthquake, which has been injured in hundreds and caused huge damage to the Seattle region.

However, an earthquake on Monday near Friday was the largest in the region since 2019.

He was also the first in Washington to register on the Myshake app, which was created in 2021. People were informed as soon as the earthquake occurred.
