St. Lewis – The coronavirus pandemic has caused everyone to change their plans, but international event organizers want to make sure people put in place a plan for earthquakes.

ShakeOut, a global earthquake safety movement, said that more than 17 million people have already signed up for a plan in the event of an earthquake, but they hope to boost those numbers next week.

On the third Thursday in October – which falls on October 15 this year – at least 11 million people are expected to participate in International ShakeOut Day by developing a plan and trying it out.
