Male, 91 years old, hospitalized after vaccination twice daily
March 11, 2021-An old man in Hamilton, Ohio was shocked after receiving two coronavirus vaccinations on the same day.
Victor Smith, 91, is now recovering, but the results of the day he shot two bullets were uncertain, his daughter, Dawn Smith Theodore, told television station WLWT.

In a joint statement to WLWT, Hamilton City and Community First Solutions, which operates rehab facilities, said the case was under investigation.
“There was an incident in which residents of Hamilton City accidentally inoculated the COVID-19 vaccine twice on the same day. This individual is a Jamestown rehabilitation patient and all vaccines are provided by trained outside personnel. The vaccination has been completed. Properly certified, in this case the city of Hamilton Fire Department.
“Jamestown staff recognized signs of patient distress and responded immediately. The patient was taken to the hospital and the family was immediately contacted. Both Jamestown and Hamilton Fire Department investigated the case. Our idea is in the patient and his family he is recovering. “
