Greenville, NC (WITN)-The BA.2 subvariant of Omicron now accounts for nearly 25% of the country’s COVID infections, and the CDC uses household wastewater to track the disease.

Just last month Associated Press reported 73% of the United States was thought to be unaffected by Omicron.
