There is a new model of “COVID Karen” walking around the city. This time I’m Panera Cullen, a California woman who recently said something strange about her face mask.
The woman gets caught up in the video after being denied service and tears the mask useless. What is her logic? People can still smell the farts through the pants.
The video was filmed on Monday in the Panerah Bled location in Chico. The woman can be seen shooting the interaction with the staff. In it, the man behind her expresses his discomfort to her refusal to wear a mask.
“Wow, I’m sure you have the courage,” says the man, who called himself William Sea. “Don’t you think it’s tough?”
The man then asks a Panera employee to take the woman off the store. Workers say she called security accordingly.
“So I’m not wearing a mask, so you’re not going to serve me?” “Panela Karen.”
“No, they don’t serve you because you don’t wear a mask, that’s just right,” the man says.
Apparently at that point the man had enough to raise the temperature.
“Don’t just make a fool of yourself with a mask,” he says. “You are your selfish part. Get out of here, you are so selfish!”
The woman turns around and blows air in his direction, telling him to relax. A male friend tells her “grow f”.
The woman then leaves, but not before the situation is cleared.
