In the lead up to No Tobacco Day this March, local smoking cessation advisors will be appearing at two community pop-ups offering expert tips to help you or someone you know successfully quit smoking.

On Tuesday 12 March, the Health Bus will be stopping outside Sainsbury's on Lower Richmond Road (TW9 4LT) from 10am to 5pm.
Stop by and talk to one of our friendly smoking cessation advisors about the free on-site support available to help you or someone you know every step of your long-term quit journey.
Additionally, a local pharmacist will be on hand from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. to provide free blood pressure checks and healthy living advice. From 1pm to 5pm, social prescribers will be available to discuss local activities available to support a healthy and active lifestyle. A Thinking Works representative will also be on hand to offer advice on maximizing your home's energy efficiency.
Pop-up at Twickenham Civic Center
On No Tobacco Day on Wednesday 13th March, local smoking cessation advisors will also be in the reception area of Twickenham Civic Center to provide supportive information and guidance to residents.
