Montana reports 91 COVID-19 cases, 2 deaths in Sunday update | National News
In a Sunday update, Montana reported 91 COVID-19 cases and 2 deaths on its case mapping and information website.
The death toll in the state as a whole has reached 1,314. According to the Montana Department of Public Health and Welfare, there are 3,314 active cases in Montana.
By Sunday, Montana had another 1,504 vaccinations, with a total of 139,221 vaccinations in the state. The number of fully vaccinated Montanans increased by 446 to 38,045.
As of the Sunday update, there were 101 active COVID-19 hospitalizations reported throughout the state. The total number of hospitalizations in Montana totaled 4,353.
According to a snapshot hospital occupancy and capacity report released by the Montana Department of Public Health and Welfare, four of the ten largest hospitals in the state have limited or near capacity beds on Friday.
