PUMA leases new office space in Hollywood

PUMA has signed a deal for 23,000 square feet of office space at Bardas Investments' Hollywood offices, 6345 Fountain Ave. The move, planned for early 2025, will allow the German sportswear manufacturer to strengthen its presence in the United States.

As the first big-name tenant to move into the space across from Netflix, PUMA plans to use the new Los Angeles offices to house its marketing, design and product teams.

The joint venture between Bardas and Bain Capital Real Estate, launched in 2019, is making headway in the Los Angeles creative office market. The team is focused on acquiring, developing and operating properties that meet the needs of high-end brands, influencers and creatives.

This focus is evident in two key projects: First, the Los Angeles City Council recently approved plans for Echelon Studios, a 510,621 square foot production facility that will be one of the first cross-laminated timber structures in Los Angeles. Second, the company is also undertaking a major development project, a 620,000 square foot studio campus, valued at $600 million. The facility is built on the site of the historic former Television Center, located just one mile from the Echelon Studios project on Santa Monica Boulevard.
