The former versatile of Pakistan, Mohammad Hafez, congratulated the legendary Captain and drummer inzamam-ul-haq, saying that he was winner of the country for the country in difficult situations.

Inzamam has had a superb international career, marking 8,830 points in 120 tests, including 25 centuries and 46 fifty, with an average of 49.60.

He also raised 11,739 points in 378 ODI, including 10 hundred and 83 half-century, with an average of 39.52.

As for his T20I career, the 54 -year -old Multan man struck 11 steps in the only match he played.

“Inzamam-ul-haq used to win matches for Pakistan in difficult situations,” said Hafeez quoted by Cricket Pakistan.

The Pakistani team recently took New Zealand and South Africa in an Odi trial, where they reached the final before losing against black caps.

After that, they were involved in the 2025 champions trophy and collapsed in the group phase after losing against New Zealand and India.

Their last match against Bangladesh was abandoned due to the rain.

Pakistan is now playing a limited series of the Overs against New Zealand and was beaten 4-1 in the T20is.

The two teams now compete in an ODI series of three games, where the Black Caps lead 1-0 after winning the 1st ODI in Napier by 73 points.

The 2nd ODI will take place on April 2 in Hamilton.
