Shibli Faraz ignoring any Imran Khan negotiation directive

Islamabad: Senator Pakistan Tehreek-E-insaf (PTI) Shibli Faraz said Thursday that he had no knowledge of the directives issued by the founder of the PTI to allocate a task for negotiations with creation.

Addressing journalists at the High Court of Islamabad on Thursday, said Faraz, I did not meet the founder of the PTI for six months. Despite the judicial orders, were not allowed to meet him.

Meanwhile, answering a question on the resignation of the senior official of the PTI Hamad Azhar of his party post, Faraz expressed his regret, described Azhar as “educated leader” and rejected the speeches of internal groups within the party, clarifying thatzhar did not leave PTI.

There is no disagreement with the personality or the decisions of the founders, he said.

Previously, Shibli Faraz said that his party would continue his political struggle for judicial appointments and alluded to the formation of a new alliance among the opposition parties.

Addressing the media outside the High Court of Peshawar on Tuesday, Faraz said that a country could not work without justice. When there is no justice, the public loses confidence in the courts, he said.

He criticized the current judicial appointment process, saying that it is obvious that the judges are appointed according to favoritism.

“The way the judges are named clearly indicate that their loyalty lies in those of power,” he added.

He also declared that if the institutions responsible for justification of justice become weak, the public feels insecure and, under such conditions, national progress and prosperity cannot be achieved.

Faraz also reaffirmed that PTI would continue his political struggle on the issue of judicial appointments and that an opposition alliance would soon be formed. “Without justice, a country cannot go ahead,” he concluded.
