Google Workspace Changes – Can't connect to calendar

Your migration to Google Workspace is complete.

To keep it simple, here are the details: companyA_dot_com was the primary workspace, employees logged in using name_At_companyA_dot_com, and connected to Google Calendar using Zoom.

CompanyB_dot_com was a Google Alias ​​domain for the primary workspace, but employees used name_At_companyB_dot_com to log into Zoom (not using Google SSO or anything else)

I only use name_At_companyA_dot_com for all activities and do not attempt to connect my Google Calendar with Zoom.

Yesterday, we split these two domains into two separate workspaces: CompanyA_dot_com moved to the new workspace, and I followed it.

The employee remains in their original Workspace account and CompanyB_dot_com is now their primary domain. Now, the employee can only connect to Google via name_At_companyB_dot_com.

The problem was this morning when I tried to log in to reconnect my Google Calendar to Zoom, but it wouldn't connect and a little error message popped up saying:

“Add failed. Calendar-related permissions not granted.”

I'm confused because it was working two days ago and now it's not working.

Is this a Google issue or a Zoom issue? Any ideas on what I can do?

I went to /account/setting in Zoom, then Integrations, then Calendar and contacts integration, and enabled it for Google, but she still can't log in.
