Schrdinger Uses Google Clouds High Performance Computing (HPC) Solution to Strengthen Drug Discovery Efforts | Business

Strategic partnership allows Schrdingers drug discovery team to access the capacity equivalent of the world's most powerful supercomputers by leveraging thousands of Google Cloud GPUs, which are designed to accelerate complex processes such as large-scale physics-based methods and machine learning through parallel computing. This increased capacity is designed to allow Schrdinger and his drug discovery collaborators to quickly predict the critical properties of billions of molecules per week.

We were thrilled to leverage the highly scalable system of Google Clouds to perform extensive free energy calculations to assess link affinities via our compute-intensive FEP + application.
