The death of 16-year-old Nathaniel Julies, who had Down syndrome, has shocked South Africa in Eldorado Park, south of Johannesburg. Police allegedly shot him while he was eating a biscuit near his home. Police said they caught firefighters when they were shot by some of the alleged gangs. BBC reporter Pumza Fihlani reported.
