German Chancellor Angela Merkel is being criticized for her treatment of a young refugee who was threatened with deportation. At a youth forum, Ms Merkel said that not all Palestinian Reem migrants can stay in Germany and “some will have to go home”. When she noticed that the girl was crying, Mrs. Merkel went to comfort her.
