Nord Stream 2 is the name of the bottom tube that should bring more Russian gas into Europe.
It is a project that is part of Europe and has become angry in the US, fearing that more Russian gas will have a greater impact on Russia, and that European gas markets will gain less share for the benefit of liquefied American gas.
