According to OHA statistics, there are currently 23,262 cases and 388 deaths from the new coronavirus pandemic in the state.

Two individuals reported dead on Sunday by OHA had underlying illness. They were: An 86-year-old woman in Clackamas County who tested positive on Wednesday and died Thursday. A 52-year-old woman in Multnomah County tested positive on August 5 and died Friday.
As of Sunday, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, as of Sunday, there were 5.34 million cases of COVID-19 cases in the United States, with approximately 169,000 deaths from the disease.
