Che Tekapa Hogg, 42, of Auckland, died after the car he was driving collided with another car Saturday morning.
stuff realizes that Hogg was seen driving erratically before the collision.
They realized he was crossing the center line and collided with a car driven by a father whose two young children were in the back.

Police are understood to be looking at cell phone usage and speed as factors in their investigation.
Emergency services were called to State Highway 8, near Lake Tekapo Airport, shortly after 9 p.m.
Three other people transferred to hospital after the crash were still in hospital with serious injuries at 4pm on Sunday.
Senior Inspector Brad Morton, from Lake Tekapo, declined to comment on the circumstances of the crash, but said the fact that the two children were secured in their car seats saved their lives.
The collision was one of four fatal collisions during Labor Weekend.
