DOH reports maximum daily increase in 2,900 COVID cases | Coronavirus
Harrisburg — On Thursday, the Ministry of Health reported a total of 2,900 additional positive cases, bringing the state-wide total to 220,566.
This is the highest daily increase in reported COVID-19 cases.
Of all cases, 11,218 are possible coronavirus cases.

DOH reports that 75% of cases are believed to have recovered after 30 days of the patient’s initial positive test.
As of Thursday, Clearfield County reported 554 cases. 451 has been confirmed and 103 is possible. Jefferson County reported 261 cases. 193 have been confirmed and 68 are possible. Elk County reported 235 cases. 196 has been confirmed and 39 is possible.
