Tamil actor Deepa aka Pauline Jessica found dead, cops recover suicide note
Prominent Tamil actress Pauline Jessica, popularly known as Divya, committed suicide at her rented flat on Virugambakkam Mallika Avenue in Chennai on September 18.
Pauline was from Andhra Pradesh.
She had played the lead role in the recently released Tamil film “Vaidha”. Also, she has worked in various Tamil movies and soap operas.
The popular actor was found hanged in his apartment on Sunday, September 18.
Earlier, the Koyambedu police obtained information from the actor’s neighbors regarding his death. Later, said police arrived at the scene and sent the body to Kilpauk Medical College and Government Hospital for an autopsy.
Later, the actor’s relatives were informed and his body was sent to Andhra Pradesh.
“We are investigating the alleged suicide of popular actress Pauline Jessica on all sides and are taking help from CCTV,” police said. The police are trying to find out who all came to Pauline’s home. Before the day of the suicide, it was discovered that the popular actor had reached his apartment by car. The cops are also trying to determine if it was a case of suicide or if someone pushed her to kill herself.
According to the police, a suicide note was found in which she mentioned that a failed relationship was the main reason for her death. (ANI)
