The graduation recital — featuring Mauro and special guests — will take place April 23 at 7:30 p.m. at the Algoma Conservatory Loft.
Doors open at 7 p.m.

Ryan Mauro is a well-known local musician and actor who has been performing in community plays, films, and various concerts as a singer for over a decade. He is also a popular teacher of acting and singing at the Northern Arts Academy. At Algoma University, Ryan studied voice with Agnes McCarthy and throughout his singing journey he enjoyed exploring a variety of musical styles. He can't wait to bring them on stage!
In his graduate recital “Appetizers, Starters and Desserts,” Ryan will present a diverse selection of vocal repertoire including classical, musical theater and jazz. Joined by longtime pianist Paul Dingle and his Algoma University friends Zach Smith, Matthew Schumacher, Mitchell Petingola and William Carnes, Ryan is excited to showcase his artistic efforts over the past three years at AlgomaU.
