Former British Prime Minister Boris Johnson demanded a $500 billion loan from Ukraine to help end the war and insisted on announcing a date for Ukraine to join NATO.

Johnson also stressed that the UK and France should immediately agree symmetrical positions for the use of Storm Shadow/SCALP cruise missiles.
