Airey did not have time to warm up. After the goal, Souliere returned to finish the game.
The minutemen scored three unanswered goals to take a lead before Jimmy Snuggerud scored to send the match in the 4-4 extension. It was a short delay. Suniev scored just under 5 minutes in OT.
