The arrival of Destiny 2’s latest raid means it’s time to start getting the unique weapons and armor that the raid must offer. One of the weapons players can find in the Deep Stone Crypto is the Succession Sniper Rifle. This is a great DPS weapon that may not fit perfectly into this new raid, but it can be a powerful weapon for players to use outside of the Deepstone Crypto. But where is this weapon hidden? And what makes it so great? Well, there are some answers!

Where to find a Succession Sniper rifle

Inheritance can only be found on the second encounter with the Deep Stone Crypt Raid. Sniper rifles will drop the first time a player raids. Players who get a rifle from this boss battle can also find weapons in two secret chests of raids. At the beginning of the raid, the chest is near the sparrow and almost half of the jump puzzle. These chests award the player the loot previously earned in one of the four core encounters, so the Succession sniper rifle (if previously picked up) should be hidden there.

Another way for players to win a succession sniper rifle is to use a spoil of Victory over 20. New currencies can be earned when players complete raid encounters and open the Secret Treasure Chest of Deep Stone Crypto. Players can also earn Spoils of Victory in the Garden of Salvation or Last Wish raids. If the player has 20 or more winning loot, just find one of the new raid chests that will appear after the last boss in the Deep Stone Crypto. These chests act as mini-vendors, allowing players to purchase randomly rolled loot.

Upon picking up, players will find that the Succession God Rolls reward pool is quite small.

It is important for players playing PVE to optimize their weapons in a particular way. First, set the first slot to the flute barrel. This improves the stability and handling of the weapon and is always excellent. It’s also great for switching weapons, as players can quickly swap this weapon in and out of play. Then add a tactical or extended mug to increase the magazine. This will bring the weapon’s damage output to an optimal level and work perfectly with rebuilding.
