OneSmart International Training Group Limited to hold the 2020 Annual General Meeting on August 28, 2020
SHANGHAI, July 29, 2020 / PRNewswire / – OneSmart International Education Group Group Limited (“OneSmart” or “Company”) (NYSE: ONE), a leading premium K-12 after-school education company in China, announced today that it will hold its 2020 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders at No. 2161 Road Zhongshan North, Putuo District, Shanghai 200 061, People’s Republic of China in 28 August 2020 in 2 afternoon, Local time.
No proposal will be submitted for shareholder approval at the annual general meeting. Instead, the annual general meeting will serve as an open forum for shareholders and beneficial owners of the company’s US deposit shares (“ADSS“) to discuss Company matters with management.
The Board of Directors of the Company has fixed the closure of the business July 27, 2020 as the date of registration (“registration date“) to determine the shareholders entitled to receive notice of the annual general meeting or any postponement or postponement thereof.
Holders of the ordinary shares of the Company at the close of business on the date of registration have the right to attend the annual general meeting and any postponement or postponement thereof in person. Beneficiary owners of the Company ADS are welcome to attend the annual general meeting in person.
