The woman was punished after a five-year campaign by Voyeur – BBC News

A woman has won a major legal battle after a 5-year campaign to judge a man who was shot naked while she was sleeping without her permission. In 2015, Emily Hunt went out to lunch with her family, but the next thing she remembers is waking up naked next to a man she has never met. The Crown Prosecution Service refused to try Christopher Killick six times. But earlier in the year, he eventually accepted the crime of voyeurism. He has now been given a 30-month community service, fined, and ordered Hunt to pay £ 5,000. Michael Buchanan, our Social Affairs correspondent, has been talking to Emily about her test, and her report begins with details that may be disturbing to some viewers.
