Just 9 minutes ago, a 5.0 magnitude earthquake struck near O’ville, Provincia de Limari, Coquimbo region, Chile. The tremor was recorded just after midnight Saturday January 16, 2021 at 12:53 a.m. local time, at an average shallow depth of 59 km below the Earth’s surface, and the event was introduced by the German Research Center for Geosciences (GFZ), the first seismic agency.
